At 1:06 p.m. on May 10, officers responded to the 3300 block of Glen Carlyn Drive in the Culmore area of Falls Church for a shot person.
Officers found the victim, an adult man, suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower body. Officers rendered aid until fire and rescue personnel arrived. The victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries later to be determined to be non-life threatening.
Detectives reviewed surveillance footage and identified the suspect pictured above. The man was described as a Hispanic, wearing a surgical mask, a black sweatshirt, and black pants.
